Alexandre Caza

 

Alexandre is a legal consultant for Black & Associates, with a practise focused on civil litigation, corporate law and administrative law.  Alexandre has been practicing law since his call to the Bar in 2010, initially working in Northern Ontario prior to moving to Ottawa in 2018. He has represented private individuals and corporations as well as public institutions.   Alexandre has extensive oral advocacy experience, appearing before the Ontario Court and Superior Court of Ontario on numerous occasions, as well as Administrative Tribunals, Provincial Offense Tribunals, Municipal Hearings, mediations and arbitration.

Alexandre’s bilingual practice has involved leading hundreds of Examinations for Discovery, and he is well versed in documentary discovery. He also has had the opportunity to work closely with expert witnesses in numerous fields, including, the health sciences, financial loss, structural engineering, applied physics and lidar technologies, and real estate.  Alexandre spends divides his free time between his family and collection of hobbies, which include cooking, woodworking, and leathercraft.
